Baby with two heads born in Brazil

The two-head baby was born in Brazil last week, Maria de Nazare, a 25 year old Brazillian woman, who said she had been told by doctors that she was set to welcome twins.
Doctors says the baby is very healthy.

The baby has two brains and two spines but shares one heart, lungs, liver and pelvis. The mother believes they are twins and has named them Emanoel and Jesus.

Woman who jumped from bridge was missing Nigerian girl, Tosin Oyelowo

The woman who reportedly jumped from the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge on Friday was a 25-year-old MUSC student, according to police reports and various online articles.

Olutosin "Tosin" Oyelowo, a Nigerian national with roots in Wake Forest, NC, was last seen by motorists and pedestrians leaping from the Bridge, a Mount Pleasant police report states.

Boat Mishap Claims Over 30 Passengers in Port-Harcourt

Over 30 passengers of a wooden boat lost their lives after the boat they were traveling in capsized at the Eagle Island in Port-Harcourt last night. Only seven people survived.

The passengers used the water instead of the road to Rumuolumeni before taking taxis to Port-Harcourt

Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, who confirmed the incident, said seven persons were rescued after the boat mishap, adding that the bodies of the victims certified dead have been deposited at the BMH mortuary.

Young girl butchered by boyfriend in Lekki

At the moment l have just few info about this horrific, sad incident. All I hear right now is that it happened today and the victim is a student and model. There are different versions as to what led to this incomprehensible act...but the bottom line is that she was killed by her boyfriend today in Lekki, Lagos. The killer's identity has not yet been revealed but be rest assured that we will bring you all the details in subsequent posts...there are people currently working on the story. Man Collapses After Ordering For Prostitute and Daughter Shows Up

A man who ordered a prostitute to his hotel room collapsed when his daughter turned up at the door.

Titus Ncube from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, said the shock of seeing his 20-year-old daughter sent him to the ground..

The unnamed woman reportedly fled the building.

According to the Zimbabwe News, Ncube ordered the prostitute as he was experiencing marital problems..

“I am sorry for what I did,” he said. “I spoke to my wife and my daughter… I apologised for my actions because I just wanted my family back."

Ncube said his daughter was no longer working as a prostitute and was planning to return to school...

The federal government today released a toll-free RAPE help-line for victims of rape and other forms of violence. It's for victims, family members, friends, anyone who might need it...

The line will be active 24 hours, 7 days a week. The number is - 080072732255. It's 12-digits, but it works.

The help-line was unveiled today by the Minister of Youth Development, Bolaji Abdullahi, who also named Naeto C and BBA winner, Kevin Chuwang Pam, as ambassadors and spokespersons for the Nigerian Youth and the rape challenge.

Gunmen kill bridegroom at wedding ceremony

Maiduguri – Unknown gunmen on Saturday in Maiduguri struck at the venue of the wedding ceremony of 30-year-old Maduga Borikmen and shot him dead.

The stray bullets also hit one person and injured two others on the occasion.

According to an eye witness, who pleaded anonymity, three assailants arrived at the scene in a golf car.

When they alighted from the car with AK47 riffles, they went straight to the bridegroom, opened fire on him and zoomed off.

Borikmen was a former councillor from Shehuri North under Lamisula ward in the state capital and currently the Chairman of Borno ex-councillors  forum.

The state spokesman of the Joint Task Force (JTF)  Lt.-Col. Hassan Mohammed, confirmed the incident, saying that the body of the victim had been evacuated.

“The two dead bodies recovered from the scene have been deposited at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH), while those injured are receiving treatment in the medical centre,” he added

Vienna, Austria is the new home to the World’s first international applied sex school, which claims to teach its students how to become better lovers.
The “hands on” syllabus will cost students a cool £1,400 per term and will see students living in mixed sex dormitories, where, they are expected to practice their homework. Hmmm, I wonder what type of applied sexuality homework that is!

Ylva-Maria Thompson, Swedish-born headmistress of the college says that their core education is not theoretical, but very practical.
“Sexual positions, caressing techniques, anatomical features. And we teach people hands on,” explains Thompson.

Nigeria’s senate passed a bill on Tuesday outlawing same-sex marriages in Africa’s most populous country as well as banning public displays of affection between homosexual couples.

Approval of the bill, which must still be voted on by the House of Representatives and signed by President Goodluck Jonathan, came after debate that saw one lawmaker go as far as to suggest that offenders be killed.
The bill spells out a 14-year jail term for anyone entering into same-sex marriage or civil union.

A Nigerian Samuel Shoyeju Sentenced to Jail for 7 years in UK

A Nigerian (Born in Britain) Samuel Shoyeju, a United Kingdom immigration officer, has been sentenced to seven years jail term for falsely granting Indefinite Leave to Remain (Green Card equivalent) - "Stay" to 44 non-EU residents (all Nigerians) who were not entitled to it or entitled to stay in the United Kingdom.


The court was told that scores of immigrants who were fraudulently issued with (Indefinite Leave to Remain / Permanent Settlement) visas by this rogue (generous / kind?!) UK Border Agency official, Samuel Shoyeju, were Nigerians and remain at large almost four years later.

Only 14 of the false letters that he issued have been recovered, which means most of the recipients have not been identified.

Man Rose From Dead After 3 Days In Mortuary

Residents of Oremeji in Aradagun near Badagry, Lagos, were on Sunday thrown into shock when a man presumed dead suddenly resurrected after three days in the mortuary.

The man, simply identified as Mr Agosu, reportedly died of an undisclosed illness on Friday in a hospital and his remains were deposited at the morgue of the Badagry General Hospital.
