Obama Dares Nigerian Senate Over Anti-Gay Bill, Issues Presidential Memo

Just a week after the Nigerian Senate passed the anti-gay sex bill, US president Barrack Obama issued a presidential memorandum directing 'all federal agencies engaged abroad to ensure that U.S. diplomacy and foreign assistance promote and protect the human rights of LGBT persons.
